3. Wow I LOVE that prayer!! So funny that St. Germaine is linked to it. No idea why but his story has fascinated me since I first heard his name alone… idk why but I was drawn to him instantly!! But yes, that prayer felt incredibly powerful, n I got very emotional when i said it!!

4. Man this hit so hard but something about that part about having the choice to let them go n ask for a different partner resonated so hard core with me!! My immediate instinctive gut reaction was "that's it, I gotta let him go once n for all", n tears instantly started falling… painful but freeing in a way, if that makes sense… was like a soul revelation or something akin to one…. damn that's hitting so hard.

7. What i would like to mention is that, at least in my case, there exists something which i call "the void". It's a state in which you don't chase the person actively, but you also do not move on. I have been in this state fot quite a long time. This state resonates with me as the true "dark noght of the soul". In this state, i have had clear symptoms of deep depression, like extremely low energy level, body pains and rapid fatigue from minimal actions such as going to a grocery store. Frequent purging through crying. Often just laying on the bed, imagining i am out of my body and out of these troublesome emotional tsunamis, trigerred by that person…suicidal thoughts were also present. Not so often, but every now and then. It feels like an invisible cocun for a caterpilar in which everything about me desolves. Or most things i thought were describing who i am. Old habbits start to fade. Some friends dissapear from your life, some old ones re-emerge. Some old unhealthy patterns of behaviour become so unplesant and so disruptive to your energy that you can barely continue to engage in them. You become more aware of everything. As though your physical, mental and emotional bodies are under a giant magnifying glass. Like a person who had a serious back injury and learnes how to walk again, in the similar way i spent days trying to get used to the idea that it is quite possible that this person will never be in my life again. I am slowly recovering. Seems like the worst part is over, but i am still very carefull with that statement. This experience, whatever it is. twin flame or not, has totally shaken my life.
   Lastly, i wanna say thank you to Christina! After so many tf videos i watched and materials i have read, this is still one of the most substantial, realistic, no bullshit and no franchize-oriented take on these experiences, which i believe are real and genuine, whatever we want to call them. I would also recomend going through the Presence Process by Michael Brown, it will really help anyone shed some light on their internal wounds. It's often uncomfortable, but what you get from it, stays with you for life.

12. Again, the twin flame connection is a spiritual connection based on unconditional agape love. It is not a romantic sexual emotional attachment based on romantic love. That is only the catalyst to get you to the real purpose of the connection. This is how twin flame needs to be taught. It will help people out.

13. If you are twin flames, the unconditional intense love is there. No matter if you are separated or with others. You don't stop loving each other because ego got in the way. That is why people are asking those questions about return. They don't understand how love can operate. Your twin flame doesn't stop loving you. When you attach, that's it. Also, I think if both heal, then it would be odd that the counterparts would not desire to come back together to at least do the work or fulfill the mission regardless if they are romantic or not. I mean if the mission is the purpose of the union, then shouldn't that be the focus vs. the romantic attachment? Also, if the person is healed, then I would assume that love is there anyway regardless of who the person chose to be with in separation from you. I mean a person can love two people intensely and romantically and unconditionally at the same time. It is called a polyamorous relationship. Happens all the time. Many people are separated and in other relationships desiring to be with a true love too. So, just focus on the mission. If you are true twin flames, the intense love, bond, and connection is there. You separated not because of a lack of love but because other stuff got in the way! You can love somebody but aren't compatible and may move on. It happens all the time. Just be comforted that the love between twin flames doesn't die. It is everlasting and unconditional.

15. The twin flame connection is not taught properly at all by many people who claim to be experts on the subject matter. Very few people explain it correctly. They speak of the twin flame connection as a romantic connection, an emotional sexual romantic love connection and it is not! The twin flame connection is a soul/spiritual connection having the purpose to serve Earth. That is how it needs to be taught. Both are suppose to fulfill a mission to serve together.
