  12. Wow. This was everything about my life right now. My ex is a narcissist and is now getting treatment. Long story short, the trauma of realizing she has a disorder has sparked her awakening. And the trauma I endured from her sparked the realization I have old stories I need to let go of. I have put up boundaries so she can no longer hurt me. But I have learned to focus on the positives we had in order for my vibration to rise. And she can do the same if she is ready to. She wants to be back with me, but also knows she has to heal before she is certain she will not hurt me again. We are surviving off the unconditional love that we are opening our hearts up to.
