I slept with this last night and it put me to sleep quickly. I had vivid dream about the person I'm trying to cut energetic cords with. Since they showed up in my dream I believe that means I'm releasing them. I will say I woke up and heard dog barking loud but there is no dogs around myself. So I think this music is doing something I don't fully understand but I think its good.
Does this work even with background noise? I have a fan that blows loud and wanted to know if that interferes with it.
