I am thankful that I had my grandfather who had immense knowledge in Vedic shastras and he taught me so much on body and energy. I learned chakra work, meditation since 7 yrs as he used to put me in meditative state in our temple room and close door from behind.

The producers of these videos must be white people. Because I can't help but notice that other than the graphics , 99% of the images are of people, are white people. Strange for videos of talks by an Indian Guru. Kind of like with Jesus. "I am white. So Jesus must be white." White people do not make up 99% of the world. And certainly not of humans seeking to expand themselves. Or 99% of yoga practitioners.
I love Sadhguru's teachings.
But some will be turned off by the 'white washing' of the images. Not hating in any way. Just observing. You might want to consider diversifying your world view to include people who do not look like you.
To bad the United States 🇺🇸 can not wise up. We have politicians that want to make unwanted pregnancy happen, and then when the baby is born, the mother has to struggle to take care of it without maternity leave, and then she can't make enough money to live and pay a babysitter.
And even married couples, both have to work in many cases. Our babies in this country feel "servivel" stress before they are even born.
