13. I just learned to hold love in my own heart. It's my heart that needs the bolstering if I am to allow him in fearlessly. If he truly is my mirror reflection, he'll be doing the same. Therefore, in my case, sending love to his heart would not serve either of us in reuniting as much as building up our own hearts. I have noticed that about myself recently; I don't enter situations with the fear/anxiety I used to and I would want the same for him. If there is fear/anxiety on either end it can push me away and we're right back to push/pull again.
