  1. It has been Nine months since I started out suffering from bad insomnia and have to take meds so I could counteract the problem. Ultimately my medical doctor advised this sleep program “Bαkοkαt Fawam” (Google it). I had been sleeping like a baby by week 5. I cannot recommend it enough, particularly for long term insomniacs. My sleeping has drastically improved!
