  1. The only thing I want to know is why in all of these chakra/buddhist type videos have those similar sounding background sounds that have never made me calmer but the opposite.

  2. I do believe chakras r real by personal experience. I always try test find by myself when I hear anythg. Firstly my personal experience my 3 rd eye or the chakra on the forehead between 2 eyes was opened when I was just 7 and I cud see future since then.
    I am working on other chakras to activate using meditation. It's not that easy if u are not good in meditation.

  3. This is correct cuz you describe a tangible system of circulation in the body instead of a mystical or of electricity at most that is around the body.

  4. Of course the fetus 6 affected by the mother because the woman's brain is telling her womb to make the baby. The woman is just stating building is based on the seeds she is like a pottery wheel clay and have Construction. Still it is very interesting that the vagus nerve is the part of her that still influences this Comfort because everyone thinks with the pituitary gland.

  5. I must have missed the evidence of a chakra. The science of meditation and mindfulness is conclusive, but i do not see anything to suggest that chakras are anything more than an unfounded ancient concept. This seems confirmed in the explanation of it not being a literal wheel, and the evidence that the vagus nerve connects to the "chakra points" does nothing to confirm existence of chakras given that it connects to most everything. does anyone know where evidence of a chakra can be found?

  9. Very interesting video. I've also come to the same conclusion as you about the relation between the vagus nerve and the chakras, and I think this info would be very helpful in removing the "new age mumbo jumbo" stamp that many people (myself included) put on a lot of the explanations you hear about the chakra system. This info needs to be spread =)

  10. Ok, not to be mean, but you delivered absolutely no evidence for the existence of chakras or any of such things. Yes, there's a Vagus Nerve that connects many vital organs. Yes, nerves work with electrical signals. Yes, meditation has measurable benefits and Yes, stimulation of the Vagus Nerve might yield positive results, but did you notice that not a single time the word "chakra" was used here? You always start off with scientifically proven truths but then suddenly you make a cognitive jump and jam Chakras into everything, even though nobody was talking about chakras in the first place.

  11. WOW Thank you so much! I meditate every day. My left leg went numb 3 months ago (I couldn't walk) & slowly got better. But I still couldn't move my toes! Last night I was doing a guided meditation, at the end it had you tense & release your muscles…starting with the toes & feet.
    MY TOES MOVED! I think I have MS because this keeps happening, but it's gotten rid of my PTSD (which was severe C-PTSD) anxiety, nerve pain, migraines, colitus, etc.
    Basically, I haven't been sick since I began meditating 4x a day!!!!
    Then I chose to watch THIS video out of the blue! I also do yoga for my back, which gives me amazing relief!

  12. When I'm in meditation, I begin to start feeling a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach and I start to sweat and I begin to feel like I want to throw up. Is that my vagus nerve being stimulated? I also feel my hands vibrating and shaking. Your incite is appreciated! Thank you!

  13. I tried shutting off youtube like you said but for some reason your video dissapeared. I tried going on youtube again and searching for you video and then doing the same thing but keep losing your video?!?! What is happening please help!!

This information has certainly been hidden from the masses or at least diluted to an to an unusable state. if this energy was awakened by the majority every problem humanity faces would seem to change overnight, elites don’t like the sound of that as our earthly desires are there earthy fortunes. Thanks for the video🙏

  15. nerves do not transmit electrical energy like wires. The movement of charge is perpendicular to the flow of information in a nerve and I am not sure if 'power' is transmitted at all.
