But a very important someone from my past came back, and I just saw a video and it resonated with my past guy with out wanting him in the ecuation, I left him because he hurt me a lot, we both did, one as a consecuence of the other. I‘m really wondering how much impact my TF‘s emotions and feelings have on me… my TF is going through probably one of the most painful things you can experience in life. I can feel him. A bit over a week ago it felt too much feeling all his pain and I tried telling the universe that I want to focus on my own stuff right now and that I don’t want to feel his feelings – I got sick the next day and feel kind of weird ever since.
So yesterday I decided to go a different direction and I sent him a little video message saying basically that I wish I could be there for him and support him and that I feel so much love and compassion for him. No response. I‘m fine with it, we had a brief text conversation a month ago. But I felt off the whole day, super emotional and sad, just completely not me. All this overwhelms me.
The day this horrible thing in his life happened, I just knew, even though he is far away and we didn’t have any contact for a long time. I simply just knew something had happened. This TF experience just can’t be explained and it sometimes makes me so sad that non of my friends will ever understand. I sometimes just feel like an alien. I know I just need to calm down and allow everything to happen as it is supposed to be, but it sometimes brings me to my knees…

The part about the sacral chakra, feeling each other while with someone else, and feeling guilty about it. Wow. It’s something I hate so much but can’t control. The only reader who has ever said this. This is completely real. I’ve felt guilty and sad but it’s really no way to control it when your in a deep soul connection.
