1. I fell asleep while listening to this and had a sweet dream about having a happy, loving relationship with a man 😊 his physical features were unclear, but the feelings were there.

   While searching for a meditation to fall asleep to I almost listened to another video by someone else, but after reading the comments noticed that many people said they had nightmares. I didn’t see that in these comments, and I also listened to another video by this guy that went well so decided to give it a try.

   I’d say I had happy dreams and felt positive and happy upon waking, so yeah this video is deemed safe by me! Lol. This content channel is trustworthy (in my experience).

   Be careful with some of these other channels, their subliminals could have hidden messages and always read the comments – if people say they have nightmares then skip it, obviously. This one is fine!
