  4. Hi ladies, love you so much!! I'm a bit confused!!?? Sadhguru who is huge and all over the world and internet for many years to millions of people has said not to wear black!!?? He says that black will suck in all negative or any energies and white deflects, think of sunlight or try it in the sun and you will see and feel a huge difference. I know if I wore a black or dark bikini I got burnt and so did many others and white you get the tanning rays and less likely to get badly burnt!
    He also says, not to wear black to a funeral, all the sadness brings lower energies and they attach to the black and people go home after a funeral and all sorts happens and continues to happen! As in darkness of any kind will attract darkness of any kind?? I know I've not seen him wear black too often.

    Now I am not sure what to do or believe? Can anyone help? Dee

  8. @4:20 min. The question of wearing black clothing versus white clothing is not accurate. Black’s absorbent nature
    Black is not actually a color but the absence of all colors. Most people know that if you wear black clothes on a hot, sunny day, it will make you feel hotter. This is because it absorbs heat from the sun. It also absorbs all wavelengths of light and reflects none. Black’s most defining quality is absorption, both physically and also energetically. now black crystal energy protects you from negativity by absorbing it in the stone and not your body. clothes don't work that way. That's another reason why you see a lot of spiritual practitioners that need to work with specific energies wearing light colors.so they don't attract dark energies. like attracts like. Mama Medhus you know that. I don't know why Jennifer responded to that question that way. Erik has said the complete opposite in past color energy videos.

  9. I've been seeing green when my heart chakra opens during meditation for several months. The color in my 3rd eye will actually alternate from dark violet to green as I breathe in (violet) and out (green). When I first become conscious from sleeping and check my 3rd eye, it is actually doing the same thing alternating back and forth as I breathe.

    I know that my heart chakra opening correlates with seeing the green, because at that point, I can envision even the most ridiculously, challenging person from my life, and embrace them fully in love, without any reservation, or resistance. And I'm talking love that will bring tears to your eyes. During my normal waking hours, I am not yet fully in the feeling of oneness, and unconditional love like that, and I never see the green at those times. It's been extremely important to me, because it has showed me very definitely that the heart chakra isn't open when we are pinched off & resistant to any aspect of oneness & unconditional love.

    I've also been getting white strobing during meditation/prayer. I'm pretty sure that is my own vibration I'm seeing, because it intensifies the longer I sit. It seems to peak at about hour and half.

  19. There is also color therapy in different bottles with the rainbow colors..that we can put in the sun..and drink the water ..of what we need …each day has it’s colors…

  24. Oh I've been certified in reiki color healing for about 5 years now I can't wait to hear what he says.. I only got very little interest in this form of healing
