8. First time I did this My body was translucent with the chakras glowing and an orange halo surrounding my body. Second time my body vibrated to the sounds.

12. Okay so i was meditating with my headphones laying on the ground and my whole abdomen area was vibrating and tingling especially my sacral area. Then my phone rang and i got distracted so after 2mins of talking on the phone the vibration started to cool down, but then i kept on visualising it spreading and the tingling started again. Im pretty sure that was my sacral chakra unlocking.

18. Do you guys actually chant with him or just listen? This is my first time doing chakra meditation. I did feel a little something but not as powerful as so many in the comments have described. I think maybe I'm focusing too much on doing it correctly.

47. Can’t believe it best ever meditation I’ve done so far I called the reiki energy before starting this meditation and placed my hands on sacral chakra felt vibrations and tingling throughout the meditation on my hands When I rubbed my hands at the end my hands got really warmed .

48. After I covered my eyes there were waves of orange 🧡 like paint falling in water

49. This was powerful! I was able to feel heat in my sacral chakra and running up my spine but just reached my neck.
    When he said "feel like water" I tried and instantly I started dropping tears and even my nose was wet!! Crazy experience.. I want more!!
    But I still struggle when imagining colours: I always visualize purple, I hope it is not a bad thing
