  2. i feel a strange pression over my stomach area while listening to this. but it’s not negative, it’s almost liberating. i’ve been dealing with stomach/intestines problems all my life along with self-esteem, anger, anxiety that i always feel right in this area of my body whenever something bad happens. i guess i finally know which chakra needs the most balance for me 🙏🏼

I apologise to anyone I've hurt but I let it all go. I am not responsible for the happiness of others and I am allowed to act upon my feelings. Having feelings is nothing to be ashamed about! I was trying to send message to my soulmate, I placed a hand on my heart and said whatever I wanted to, and as soon as I started to speak I felt a warm sensation at the top of my abdomen in the center, and it traveled down to my navel ( I felt it moving) then it came back up then down and this time it came up to the center of the chest area and took a left turn, it went towards my heart, I felt like there was a big rock on my chest for a few seconds, then I could breath normally. Can anybody enlighten me as to what this could mean?

    starting from 5:15 there is a sound distortion in the video. Not the best change of frequency while meditating. Keep in mind and skip it or maybe Meditative Mind corrects it somehow.

  31. im not sure if i have started my spiritual journey , but i know one thing is i am a completely different, more accepting, more loving person than i was years ago. I have been meditating for a while now maybe 2-3 months more or less but i have no idea where i am now, how do i know if i have opened my root, sacral, and plexus chakra? I haven’t tried opening anything higher due to the dangers and effects that may cause on myself. I have been doing this carefully and i’m pretty sure i’m open minded, i vent to myself and keep my head up no matter how bad the day is. I tried astral projection once, and i’m pretty sure i felt something but i didn’t really get up if you know what i mean. I don’t listen to crazy rap music nowadays but listen to more calming and less, negative music. someone please talk to me or let me know, i have three crystals, ALL for healing. I want to get into contact w my spirit guides and animal. i see 111,333,444,1221,916,1010 on a daily. i’m super confused.

  32. I have some seriously bad stomach issues. My reiki practitioner describes my stomach as a black hole, the doctors haven't been able to figure it out yet, and my stomach issues combined with my metabolism have disabled me from gaining weight for over 3 years now.   37. Never was into politics and am not picking sides but just to make it actually fair I'd like to point out that I've seen three ads about jon ossof like a MILLION times. In the first one he's painted as a bad guy who will make taxes higher along with "liberal extremists" and in the next he's painted as a guy who wants to lower taxes in a blue shirt to throw liberals off and make it seem like he's a liberal but he's clearly saying he wants lower taxes and that's all just a play on words and fast ads and talking. I need youtube premium again. Goodnight.
