   Chakras, energy centers in the body, are a part of many different cultures and their spiritual traditions. The Hebrew 'Sephirot', the Chinese 'Dan Tien' and the Mayan 'Koak-al' are just some examples.

   The Indians have a long tradition of working with them. There are many systems that different Yogis used, with a wide range of Chakras. The seven we use most commonly came to us in the West, through the Theosophists in the Spritualist Movement of the late 1800's. They went to India and came back teaching these 7 (they also taught the alta major, or nosetip Chakra sometimes).

15. I love the music. Thank you for posting. However I am not happy about the picture of the enslaved elephant at 1:16. It is not a good image. It gives the illusion that the elephant is not being abused when it certainly is and was abused to act in the manner that is not natural to the sacred animal. Please remove it and be more mindful in the future. Thank you.

24. This was my first time meditating to this. I can honestly say I've never experienced anything like this. Does anyone know what I experienced? So it took me about 5 or so minutes to really settle in. It was all black but I could see something almost like an iris but with a hollow middle, sometimes it was pulling in the darkness around it through its middle. It was purple most of the time but sometimes it would flash blue, red or green. At one point I felt fear as I thought I saw dark 'figures', my heart jumped, the figures faded and I calmed down. At different times I felt a momentary pressure in my throat and a thud in my chest. I think it was in the last 5mins or so that some how this iris I was seeing had grown and filled almost all of my field of vision. In the centre it was still black but I think I could make out shapes like buildings/houses and pyramids? There was a sky, lit like when a sun has almost completely set, dark but with some light/colour. I tried to look around but it was hazy. As the frequency started to die down everything was just a hazy black and I saw nothing else.

36. This really is effective. I've been using it for a week now and totally feel it getting to work. I had many electrical sensations as it passed through the chakras as well as some shooting pains…But they seemed pleasant, as though things were shifting. Thank you for sharing this.

39. I just want to share my experience… take it as its given. I found it extremely hard to focus at first, but after five or so minutes I was able to let go and let the tone resonate. As each tone changed, I could feel the tone move up in my body and I could see different color with each tone. I also started seeing vision as if I was dreaming (those random dreams that don't make sense and are wild af… For example, i was in space, then what seemed like ancient Egypt.. idk.) and i started to feel fear. I don't know if the f visions were because i was falling asleep, or if the fear was because of the drumming or my own mind creating the fear due to a bias or some belief Im holding within… but nontheless it was my experience. I had to top because the fear was morphing into guilt and became too intense. Just my experience…
