It mimics the proper circulation of the chakra near the center of your forehead — the energy circulating and engaging into itself. Interesting how that works. Take the time to visualize this if you want it to be stronger.

34. I was eating a salad and it was amazing! I accidentally dropped a carrot on my shorts that had a little bit of balsamic on it.. So I got up and washed my shorts in the kitchen sink, all while listening to this.. Oh my god! It was memorizing! I filled the sink half way with cold water, I poured a little laundry detergent and I went to town on my shorts. I got lost in the water and it became the ocean, I was riding the waves! I was completely out of my body! It was beautiful!

45. Well, I started the video right before I went to sleep, around 8:30-9pm..I awoke, wide awake at 2:33am..5 hours 33 minutes and 3 seconds had played while I was asleep. I got up, let my dogs out..sat in the dinning room for a few minutes..dogs went crazy because a neighborhood cat was sitting on the sidewalk, infront of my neighbors house just staring at nothing into the distance..had to calm them down and looked outside once more and didn't see the cat anymore, they calmed down..we went back in my room to go back to sleep and I played the rest of the video..while the last 33 minutes and some change played, my neighbors sensor light on the side of their house lit up 2 different times, although I didn't see anything, nor did my dogs freak out. I feel nothing since the video stopped. And now I'm just like wtf did I listen to this for?
