I purchased the Schminke Turquoise throu your link and decided to mix with current colors until I get the Aussie Gold. I got some beautiful combos especially with Quinacrodone Rose!
I’ve been needing a beautiful, good quality gold (in a tube) for a while. Just picked up this one.
Just wanna say that red and blue aren’t the true primary colours. It’s yellow, magenta and cyan. If you mix the shown red and blue hues it won’t become a rich violet but a brownish, muddy purple.

Thank you so much for this series!!!!! Though you refer to this as color therapy, to me it is coming across as color theory. I recently took a beginners watercolor class where our instructor just jumped right into simplistic painting. There was really no discussion regarding the results of mixing, only the hands on experience of using alizarin crimson and ultra marine blue with a touch of cadmium yellow. To me this series is becoming an invaluable tool and I appreciate the time you are taking to teach us something so important to the basic building blocks of watercolor!!!! 💚 💛 💜
