  1. The Heart is not the one in the chest the The thalamus is a small structure within the brain located just above the brain stem between the cerebral cortex and the midbrain and has extensive nerve connections to both. The main function of the thalamus is to relay motor and sensory signals to the cerebral cortex I seen the thalamus shape like a heart on physiology of Atum

  2. Keeping my chakras closed is the best thing I've ever done with them in 10 the last years.

No dozens of spiritual practices have benefited me as much as the discovery and application of closing them.

I'm less energy drained, more focus, less depressed, and have less compulsive cravings.

  3. interesting how my mom was a pastor and in general i always complained she talked too much and i remember back in the day she used to own a lot of turquoise jewelry. but i think it was more cus she associated it with native americans and she loved anything about them.

Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!!
I just had an incredible awakening experience! It happened during meditation right after watching this lesson. The experience I had is too deeply personal for me to share it comfortably here. I can tell you I have never seen anyone else describe what I experienced, but there's a lot I don't know!
How can I share this with you. I don't need guidance. I seem to be doing just fine according to what I'm told. I think you would enjoy knowing about this.
    Tim
