  18. I found him but he got away. Seven years in we hit a crossroad. He had unfinished business with his karmic ex and kids. The kids were more important. I believe we will reunite in the future. Our love is so great it's unconditional. He checks up on me from time to time and helps me with finances when I need it or just deposits a little here and there into my account whenever he feels like it. I continue to work on myself. Twin flame (or what’s called TF) relationships are mostly a soulmate, i.e; same soul family – with whom we might have signed a soul contract, potentially knowing each other from past lifes – and with karmic mutual ‘debts’ to resolve. It will trigger ALL your wounds and insecurities – control, power struggles, self-love, mutual expectations, individual ambitions, concepts of unconditional love, past traumas, Ego, Pride, friendship and family definitions, EVERYTHING gets challenged.
    It is exhausting, emotionally draining (love shouldn’t feel that way) and can easily turn into drama and obsession – hence why big lessons on letting Go and accepting the other one fully with his/her differences, including that the so called ‘reunion’ isn’t going to happen. Just as Ralph explained, it’s a reflection of the person you are to help you love yourself.
    I wouldn’t advise to attract a ‘TF’ unless you’re emotionally ready and stable and pretty happy already. Cuz if not – It will rather turn quite destructive and wounding. I personally see TF as an ‘accelerator’ of individual Growth and is rather more a spiritual experience (has many traits of a platonic love, but connection is so intense it scares both partners) than a ‘love relationship’ as most pple have in mind. At least, that’s the experience i’ve made.

    I believe in just pursuing your purpose, loving yourself and so on. That is the best way to have love in your life.

  27. I have been single for over 16 years and spent the better half of most of my early to late teenage years in solitude/isolation. If there is anyone is used to being alone is me. I had to entertain myself almost my whole life. I was an only child with a single graduate student, Maybe i dont know how to be in relationships. I almost think i am too good for anyone. lol

Stay grounded,it is not that deep and un-reachable as you may think.
