HEAL CHAKRAS series will feature age old and extremely powerful sound healing and chakra tuning technique of using tibetan singing bowls. These singing bowls are also called the instruments of meditation in Tibetan Tradition.

HOW TO USE THIS TRACK FOR ROOT CHAKRA TUNING & BALANCING?
Sit Comfortably or lie on the bed. Take a few deep breaths and let you breathing and heart rate calm down. Close your eyes and let all the distracting thought out of your mind. At this time, play the track. As the track starts playing take you focus on the Root Chakra Location – which is located at the base of the spine. Along with the sound vibrations of the singing bowls visualise root chakra is getting bigger and filled with bright red color. As the sound fades off, visualise all the red energy is moving up the spine, spreading it warmth, its heat throughout your body.

  4. I feel that is a biggest contribution for equilibrity of every Chakras if we can see, meditation, think, breathe, listen it music our we can used it own color during week; but, probably, is it nessesari to make very clear our consciousness intention.

  6. When I listen to this it give me weird feeling. make me feel uncomfortable, it resonate in my heart & not scare me but kinda make me feel unsafe. Why? does any body know or have this feeling?

  12. I had a hysterectomy in 2007.
    I am 38 years old, so 11 years ago. Will this help?
    How?
    Do I need other chakra$ balanced?
    I am only listening with one ear buddy, this isn't like binaural beats, is it?

  20. This gave me the most disgusting, twisted, morbid, grotesque and ugly dream in the last 3 years or so.

    And also woke up with intense energy in my perineum… So i believe it worked. Thank you.

  21. I had this vision of being in a fleet of ships rushing to the aid of allies with cannons and arrows flying in all directions. Then the ship i was on was approaching ramming speed in pursuit of another sleek vessel. As I was bracing for the impact i felt my whole body pulse as if I was there and felt the arrows rushing towards me, the cool wind blast my face as I charged off the ship, and then I was thrown back into my body.

  28. Everytime you start to go root the high pitched bell brings you back. This is like trying to meditate to the sound of a dishwasher being unpacked at rapid pace. By far my least favourite MM meditation
