  1. The background of the video should not be red. Red is a bad color which stimulates rage. The colors associated with endorphins and relaxation are blue and green.

  5. I prefer the traditional bronze singing bowls (they have a nicer tone) but this is probably effective even if it makes my sinuses vibrate a bit too much.

  25. I had a cramp in my shoulder just as I played the video, once he started playing the second bowl, the pain just went away! I thought that was amazing. And, I have also been struggling with anxiety the past few days, and this helped in so many ways!! I love this video so much! I'm definitely going to look into getting my own bowls. ❤❤❤

When I was listening to this beautiful sounds while my eyes were closed, my tears came down but, I was calm plus my breathing too and every time I hear the crystal quartz bowl being tapped and sung… I had the chills that go from the bottom to the top of my spine and all the way to the top of my head. And once the sound go to the 5th through the 7th chakra I saw the cosmos plus i saw my great grandmother, grandmother, cousin and father who all passed away in all different years. And for a moment I felt my body was going to float. Afterwards when everything was silent… I opened my eyes and for the first time my shoulders didn't feel tense at all.
