Chakras: Nicely-Being Is Collective

This session was taught as part of our 200hr amrita yoga trainer coaching. In our fourth module we discover some the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita surrounding the roles of the 5 Pandavas. Understanding the imperatives for the 5 warrior brothers helps us to put ourselves on each a private and collective growth path. This yr’s coaching included explorations of how these imperatives not solely matter for our private lives, but additionally for the well-being of the collective and the local weather.

This session consists of Ujjayi respiration, exhale suspension (rechaka kumbhaka), 3-part inhale (dirga pranayama), anuloma viloma, and chanting the Bij mantra sounds for the first chakra and 2nd chakra, Muladhara and Svadhisthana.
