1. Are your chakras in balance? Which ones could use some work? I'd say I have a very balanced heart chakra, throat chakra, and sacral chakra. The others could use more development and I am actively taking steps to bring them into harmony. It's fun to learn about though, right? 🙂

    I wasn’t even thinking about anything and tried to go to sleep like I normally would and i kept feeling a strong tingling sensation on my forehead whenever i closed my eyes. And i kept feeling pressure in the back of my head and my dream was pitch black and then a random black card appeared and i got scared so I didn’t want to go back to sleep.

35. I loved your video but the word “chakra” is a Sanskrit word; which is first seen in Hindu texts, precisely from the Vedas. Yes, it’s prevalent in many more cultures and places- it’s also very deep rooted to Hinduism. As a Hindu, I can speak for us as a whole that all we wish for is acknowledgment. :))
