  2. I really love your videos! I just discovered you recently and I really find your voice soothing and so helpful! I’ve had a very traumatic life. More than most people I guess and know how loss (my mom and brother very young) and suffering ..so much suffering..has manifested itself into a premature bad back, depression and a general feeling of giving up on life. I’m only 44 and now decided to work to heal and restore , no, transform myself to live the life I want and have desired my whole life and instead of being a reacting victim to what happens to me, I’m trying to let all that go and manifest a much better healthier and happier life now. Thoughts are things and I’m trying to change my thoughts from chronically negative to positive. Therefore positive will be attracted to me. Good things will happen. I’ll get the house I need, I’ll be healthier, I won’t be depressed, resentful or angry at my lot in life. Who knows why I’ve had such a hard journey but I think I can turn things around and be HAPPY. I love your videos and they really do help! Thank you 🙏

Hi, I’m a new subscriber, so I’m bilingual and I understand everything but I really don’t know if I will have the same effect as everyone else, I mean…when I’m falling asleep I don’t know if my subconscious is picking up the information? It’s like I have to process every word bc it’s not my first language, does that makes sense? Idk

Sarah- I just came across an article I think you might be interested in; "Hyperscanning and Neural Dynamics of Emotion Processing During Guided Imagery and Music" (Frontiers in Psychology, 25 July 2019). Researchers demonstrated that the brains of a therapist and patient become synchronized during music / guided Imagery sessions.
