Hi I’m fairly new to listening to this type of stuff with the guideline of so many hertz I am in extreme anxieties and post traumatic stress disorder since I was three years old up until about four years ago now two years ago extremely abusive relationship I need healing music that will help me I can’t listen for hours upon time and I need to know something anyone could suggest not only just listening to it is there anything that is visual as well

I AM SOVEREIGN , I AM FREE." if you say "want" it perpetuates the underlying vibration of "not having" and it perpetuates the state of being suspended where you are now (which is challenged/ unwell) you must CLAIM where you desire/intend to be . the body"listens" to what we say, it is an internal broadcasting system with transient supporting structures in the cells that are like antennas (microtubules) the cell membrane has been shown to be a powerful signal amplifier and the connective tissue in the body is the largest organ in the body and it has been shown that is instantly communicates with the entire body. that is why the signals we feel are beyond instant when we think or command a movement in our bodies, the bODY IS CONNECTED AND LISTENING TO YOUR EVERY THOUGHT AND INSTRUCTION…and it takes what it needs from the energy field around it to create our reality.
