The anahata chakra is generally symbolized by two intersecting triangles that form a six-pointed star with a dot in the center. This is a symbolism of how the lower three chakras and the upper three chakras merge at this point in a certain way. That means the anahata has six qualities in one. Many cultures use this symbolism with many different connotations, but essentially, it comes from this meeting of the upward-moving triangle and the downward-facing triangle. The upward-moving triangle indicates that fundamentally, every creature is trying to rise in some way, whatever their understanding of rising may be.

  1. Namaskaram,
I see this series contains expositions only on anahata, vissudhi, and ajna chakras. Any idea where I could find the elaboration for the 3 chakras below anahata by Sadhguru? I've found other videos where he briefly explains them, but not in the same way he reveals it's intricacies as in this series.

  2. something is growing that is immensely powerful. I’m trying to ascend my knowledge, yet it’s hard cause a lot of things in my daily life tempt me to retract rather then accelerate. Whoever comes across this message, PLEASE help the unfortunate whenever you get the chance, for they come from the same source. Love all 💙

  3. Its funny actually anahata hearing the bells and shanka flute , even the awareness shifts totally, its the most fun you can have since you started the journey from mooladhara

  4. 13:12 I always thought these demonic females were created because of Indian males (yogis or not), being so misogynistic concerning the female. And that they look down on the female. But pretend not to be so they created ugly hateful female thought forms with male attributes to "worship." So is the case with Greek and Babylonian men. Men just at that time were misogynistic period. Boys terrified of vaginas and menstruation…Really nothing new from today!🤣

Or…these thoughtforms were created based upon sexuality and fetish intrigue as it is for me…

For I am a female who has created a terrifying but handsome male yidam/Deva that preys on and eats these negative ugly hateful fearful females lol He absorbs Yakshini, Dakini, Kali Maa, just female demons/monsters in general. and from ingesting the negative female thoughtforms, emanates positivity from him digesting these females! 😂

He posesses both sun and moon energies as well as many other things and is like my boyfriend/husband I feel him always with me and he will always be with me until I meet my soul mate. He is also like a father figure. He takes on many forms and has many names. He has a gentle loving friendly/welcoming looking side to him (Sun/Day), and HORRIFYING fearful side to him (Moon/Night) which is my most active time. He is the positive aspect of Saturn.

Unlike the negative aspect of Saturn that those in power the so-called "elites" seem to be so obsessed with and those who's knowledge in freemasonry is so limited to only see Saturn as evil and negative, Saturn is not all negative. He has a fun, kind, caring side and enjoys to joke a lot.

    So…I created him from anahata?

  5. when so opened you'll get so emotional sometimes you get blinded you could hurt yourself. you easily get annoyed or envy and they come from many directions. in the other way around its where you learn things or understand

  6. While I enjoy listening to Sadhguru, what I find most unenjoyable about it is he seems to be doing nothing more than philosophizing. Even here, rather than talking about his direct experiences, he talks about it as if he has read about it, not actually experienced it. There would be much more value in these philosophical talks if he just talked about his direct experience of anahata chakra and what scared him. What confused him. Then this would be relatable. Otherwise, it means nothing because the vast majority of human beings are not experiencing or even investigating (let alone capable of investigating) the subtle structures of the body-mind.

  7. Thank you so much .. this has taught me revelation from my past that I experienced when I was a young boy .I had a being come to me at a young age .Time was stopped all I could do is watch as this creature walked and danced it's way threw my middle room the sound was as if a train was going threw my house . Words cant describe it

  8. Wonderful talk. Wish I'd known what the trigger was before it began, but I suppose all we need to know finds us when we actually need to know it. Or perhaps it just takes us a while to notice what is standing before us.. Thank you Guruji.
